Preston Innovations N-20 Spade End Hooks | Versatile Wide Gape HookElevate your angling performance with the Preston Innovations N-20, a meticulously designed spade end hook engineered for the modern match and pleasure angler. As a standout product in the esteemed Natural series, the N-20 is the ultimate all-round pattern, offering unparalleled versatility and reliability across a wide spectrum of fishing disciplines, particularly pole and feeder fishing. Whether you are targeting wary F1s on a commercial fishery or building a weight of bream and roach on a natural venue, this hook provides the confidence you need for a successful session. The core design of the N-20 centres around its exceptional wide gape pattern. This specific shape is a significant advantage, creating a more pronounced and secure hook hold upon the strike. The wider opening ensures that the hook point finds a firmer purchase in the fish´s mouth, drastically reducing the chances of hook pulls and lost fish. This design also facilitates easier and more effective bait presentation, allowing baits like maggots, casters, and corn to sit perfectly, appearing natural and enticing to even the most cautious of fish.Constructed with a medium wire gauge, the N-20 strikes the perfect balance between strength and finesse. It is robust enough to handle the fight of hard-pulling bonus carp and tench without bending out, yet it remains subtle enough not to impede the presentation of smaller baits. This strength is further enhanced by a premium Black Nickel finish. This coating not only provides excellent durability and corrosion resistance, extending the life of the hook, but also offers a discreet, non-reflective appearance under the water, preventing fish from being spooked by unnatural glints of metal. The combination of its strength and stealth makes it a go-to choice for a multitude of situations. As a Spade End Hook, the N-20 offers a refined and delicate presentation, favoured by top-level anglers for its minimal weight and direct line connection when tied with a whip knot. This makes it an exceptional choice for pole fishing rigs where sensitivity and subtlety are paramount. Its inherent strength also makes it a dependable option for feeder and bomb tactics, capable of withstanding the rigours of casting and battling fish at range.Technical Specifications & Features:NATURAL N-20.Wide gape pattern.Black Nickel finish.Perfect for pole and feeder fishing.Ideal for maggots, casters, worms and corn.Medium wire gauge.Available in sizes 10-18. tradeinn Waveinn
