The vineyards, nurtured with a coastal breeze, enjoy idyllic conditions for growing Insolia, Nero d'Avola and Grillo grapes, used to create wines filled with sunshine NEROLUCE BRUT: A remarkable process whereby 100% Nero d'Avola grapes are gently soft-pressed allowing the production of white wine from a black grape. The base wine is aged on the lees for 3-4 months before being made sparkling using the Charmat method CONFIRMATION OF EXCELLENCE: A persistent perlage accompanies the delicate bouquet of cherry, hawthorn, elderberry and jasmine that leads into a harmonious palate that is fine and creamy.
