And on the rear of the card you can add a family contact with there phone number encase the card holder needs some urgent help. All cards are sent 1st class for and as long as Royal Mail do there job should be with you in 2-4 days. You have the option to upgrade this to 1st class signed for. If we notice a problem with your card, like your picture is to dark or has not be cropped to passport size. We will do our best to put this right for you. We may also put a white background on your picture to enhance and make this look professional.
