Its 2.6 CHP motor powers speeds up to 16 km/h and a true 10% incline, supporting a wide range of training from 5K runs to long hikes and marathons. The treadmill is designed for compact spaces, featuring SpaceSaver folding and ProShox cushioning to reduce impact while keeping you comfortable. It includes a built-in smart device shelf for easy viewing of iFIT Trainers and a 5-inch display to track stats. With iFIT, you can access thousands of workouts and coaching from expert trainers, with SmartAdjust technology providing automatic trainer adjustments for a personalised experience.

You can connect the Carbon TL to the iFIT app via Bluetooth, and pair it with other fitness apps such as Strava, Garmin, Google Fit, and Apple Health to store and compare your data. The system supports ActivePulse heart-rate training (with a compatible heart-rate monitor sold separately) that automatically adjusts speed and incline to stay within target zones. A 30-day iFIT Train trial is included to get you started, and you can follow trainers on your tablet or smartphone while your device remains on the shelf and charged via the USB-C port.

Usage

1. Connect the treadmill to the iFIT app via Bluetooth.
2. Place a device on the shelf and utilise the USB-C port to charge.
