Crafted from durable, high-impact 3mm acrylic with a safe, rounded edge finish, it meets German TÜV safety standards. Experience a smoother, more controlled ride and enhance your bike´s aggressive aesthetics. PUIG 21522A Z-Racing Windshield for Honda CBR600RR (2023-2025)Unleash the true racing spirit of your Honda CBR600RR with the PUIG Z-Racing Windshield. Meticulously engineered for riders who demand maximum performance and superior comfort, this screen transforms your riding experience by providing a significant aerodynamic advantage. Developed from Puig´s extensive experience in premier racing competitions, the Z-Racing series is the ultimate upgrade for both the track day enthusiast and the discerning street rider. Elevate your motorcycle´s aesthetics and on-road capabilities with a shield designed to cut through the air with unparalleled efficiency.Superior Aerodynamic PerformanceExperience a dramatic reduction in wind pressure and turbulence. The Z-Racing dome is designed to be aerodynamically more efficient than the original domes, having been extensively tested in a virtual wind tunnel to ensure a measurable improvement in the aerodynamic coefficient (Cx) and the aerodynamic protection of the rider. Thanks to its aggressive double-height design, it expertly deflects the wind that would typically impact your helmet and upper torso. This allows you to maintain a more comfortable and stable riding posture, reducing fatigue on long journeys and enabling greater focus when pushing the limits.Furthermore, the innovative design incorporates two lateral channels that collect the air flow and channel it outwards. This clever feature works to reduce air pressure on the rider´s shoulders, creating a calmer pocket of air and enhancing overall comfort and stability at high speeds. This meticulous engineering results in a smoother, more controlled ride.Premium Construction and SafetyThe Z-Racing dome is manufactured with a 3mm high-impact acrylic material, resulting in a resistant, lightweight, and durable piece with a rounded edge finish greater than 2mm. This construction not only guarantees exceptional longevity and resistance to the elements but also complies with the rigorous German TÜV safety regulations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and rider safety. The superior optical clarity provides an undistorted view of the road ahead, while the robust build offers reliable protection from wind and road debris.Technical Specifications* Puig Dome: 21522C* Material: High-Impact Acrylic* Measurements : 275mm x 270mm* Thickness: 4 mmCompatibility:* Brand: HONDA* Model: CBR 600 RR* Years: 2023 - 2025Attributes: Honda, Windshields. tradeinn Motardinn

The Z-Racing screens are designed to be more aerodynamically efficient than their stock ones, they are fully tested in the virtual wind tunnel to garantee improvements in the aerodinamic coeficient (Cx) and the aerodynamic protection to the rider. Thanks to its doble height, they deflect the wind that would otherwise hit the helmet and top area of the torso. In the meantime, the side channels pick up air flow and send it sideways with the objective of reducing air pressure from the rider’s shoulders. The aerodinamic protection improvement is of 12,7% (on average with the upper body up) versus the original model and of 61% in the “racing” position.
