PUIG 21522H Z-Racing Windshield for Honda CBR600RR (2023-2025) | Superior Aerodynamic PerformanceElevate your riding experience on the iconic Honda CBR600RR (2023-2025) with the Puig 21522H Z-Racing Windshield. Born from the highest levels of competition and Puig´s extensive experience in MotoGP and WorldSBK, this screen is engineered to provide a significant leap in aerodynamic performance and rider comfort. Designed specifically for the track-focused rider who also demands excellence on the street, this windshield transforms your connection with the machine, allowing you to unlock its full potential in a tucked position.Experience a dramatic improvement in aerodynamic protection and stability at high speeds. The Z-Racing dome has been meticulously developed and tested in a virtual wind tunnel to ensure it is aerodynamically more efficient than the original stock screen. Its signature double-height design creates a bubble of calm air, effectively deflecting the wind that would normally impact your helmet and upper torso. This substantial reduction in wind pressure and turbulence significantly decreases rider fatigue, making long journeys and intense track sessions more enjoyable and less strenuous, allowing for greater focus and endurance. The intelligent design extends beyond its central profile. The Z-Racing screen features two innovative lateral channels that expertly collect and guide airflow outwards, away from your body. This clever feature works to specifically reduce the air pressure on your shoulders, contributing to a more comfortable, stable, and controlled riding posture, especially when cornering or making quick directional changes. This synergy between the double bubble and side channels provides a comprehensive aerodynamic shield for the rider.Crafted with precision, the Puig Dome 21522H is a testament to quality and durability. Manufactured using 3mm high-impact acrylic material, the result is a piece that is both highly resistant to impact and remarkably lightweight, ensuring it does not negatively compromise your motorbike´s agile handling. Every detail is considered for both performance and safety, the windshield features a rounded finish greater than 2mm, fully complying with the stringent safety regulations of the German TÜV. This gives you peace of mind, knowing you have a product that meets the highest standards of safety and manufacturing excellence.---Technical Specifications* Product: Puig Dome 21522H* Line: Z-Racing* Attributes: Honda, Windshields* Design: Virtual wind tunnel tested for superior aerodynamic coefficient (Cx).* Measurements : 275mm x 270mm* Thickness: 4 mmCompatibility:* Brand: HONDA* Model: CBR 600 RR* Years: 2023, 2024, 2025. tradeinn Motardinn

The Z-Racing screens are designed to be more aerodynamically efficient than their stock ones, they are fully tested in the virtual wind tunnel to garantee improvements in the aerodinamic coeficient (Cx) and the aerodynamic protection to the rider. Thanks to its doble height, they deflect the wind that would otherwise hit the helmet and top area of the torso. In the meantime, the side channels pick up air flow and send it sideways with the objective of reducing air pressure from the rider’s shoulders. The aerodinamic protection improvement is of 12,7% (on average with the upper body up) versus the original model and of 61% in the “racing” position.
