Crafted from durable 3mm high-impact acrylic, it meets German TÜV safety standards. Experience a smoother, more focused ride with this premium upgrade. PUIG 21522J Z-Racing Windshield for Honda CBR600RR (2023-2025)Elevate your riding experience and unlock the full aerodynamic potential of your motorcycle with the PUIG 21522J Z-Racing Windshield, meticulously designed for the Honda CBR600RR. Born from Puig´s vast experience in world-class racing competitions like MotoGP and WorldSBK, this screen is the ultimate fusion of performance, style, and rider protection. It is the perfect upgrade for riders seeking to enhance their motorbike´s track-day capabilities and on-road comfort.Engineered to be significantly more efficient than the stock screen, the Z-Racing design has been extensively developed and tested in a virtual wind tunnel to optimize its performance. This rigorous process guarantees a measurable improvement in the aerodynamic coefficient (Cx), allowing you to cut through the air with greater stability and less resistance. The aggressive double-height bubble deflects air pressure away from the rider´s helmet and upper torso, drastically reducing wind fatigue and buffeting on long rides or during high-speed runs. This allows you to maintain focus and control, lap after lap.Discover the advanced design and engineering behind this premium upgrade for your Honda:Puig Dome 21522J.Z-Racing dome manufactured with 3mm high-impact acrylic material, resulting in a resistant, lightweight, durable piece with a rounded finish >2mm (complying with the safety regulations of the German TÜV).Designed to be aerodynamically more efficient than the original domes, being tested in the virtual wind tunnel to ensure an improvement in the aerodynamic coefficient (Cx) and the aerodynamic protection of the rider since, thanks to its double height, they deflect the wind that would impact on their helmet and upper torso. In turn, the two lateral channels collect the air flow and channel it outwards with the aim of reducing the air pressure on the rider´s shoulders. This sophisticated design doesn´t just manage airflow over the top, it also addresses the turbulence that affects a rider´s shoulders. Integrated lateral channels expertly collect and divert airflow outwards, creating a calmer pocket of air around you and minimizing pressure on your shoulders. The result is a smoother, more comfortable ride that reduces physical strain, enabling you to ride longer and with greater precision. Every curve and contour of these Honda Windshields is crafted for a purpose, ensuring that performance and protection go hand-in-hand.Technical Specifications* Model: Puig Dome 21522J* Measurements: 275mm x 270mm * Thickness: 4 mmVehicle Compatibility* Brand: HONDA* Model: CBR 600 RR* Year: 2023 - 2025. tradeinn Motardinn

The Z-Racing screens are designed to be more aerodynamically efficient than their stock ones, they are fully tested in the virtual wind tunnel to garantee improvements in the aerodinamic coeficient (Cx) and the aerodynamic protection to the rider. Thanks to its doble height, they deflect the wind that would otherwise hit the helmet and top area of the torso. In the meantime, the side channels pick up air flow and send it sideways with the objective of reducing air pressure from the rider’s shoulders. The aerodinamic protection improvement is of 12,7% (on average with the upper body up) versus the original model and of 61% in the “racing” position.
