This advanced shape significantly improves the aerodynamic coefficient of your motorcycle by expertly channelling airflow over the rider. The result is a substantial reduction in wind pressure on your helmet and shoulders, allowing for greater stability at high speeds and enhanced comfort on long journeys. By minimizing wind blast, the R-Racer screen enables you to maintain a more relaxed and focused riding posture, reducing fatigue and allowing you to push the limits on the track or enjoy the open road with greater ease. The R-Racer dome is manufactured using the most advanced technologies from a high-impact 3mm thick acrylic material. This construction guarantees a remarkably lightweight piece that won´t compromise your motorcycle´s agility, while providing exceptional durability. It offers high resistance to potential impacts from road debris and scratches, preserving its pristine look. Furthermore, the material provides robust protection against UV rays, preventing discoloration and ensuring its longevity. A key feature is the perfect, distortion-free transparency, offering flawless optical clarity for an unobstructed view when you´re tucked in and focused on the apex ahead.Safety and quality are paramount. The windshield features a >2mm rounded finish on its contour, meticulously complying with the stringent safety regulations of the German TÜV. This attention to detail ensures there are no sharp edges, providing an added layer of safety for the rider. The screen also possesses the general operating license (ABE 38182), certifying its adherence to European quality and safety standards for road use. The R-Racer screens are designed for you to have a perfect vision through and to be more aerodinamically efficient than the stock screens, they are tested in a virtual wind tunnel to improve the aerodynamic coeficient (Cx) and thanks to their taller height, it deflects the wind that otherwise would hit the rider’s helmet and shoulders. Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, with the most advanced technologies, with high impact acrylic of 3mm, we come up with a very strong piece, light, durable and with a rounded edge of 2mm (accomplishing thesafety control from the German TÜV). The artificial vision system utilized during the quality control process guarantees that the screens will get to the client in perfect shape. Instalation of the screen doesn’t require aditional parts like trims and every screen comes with an in depth aerodynamic study that indicates the improvement in performance as well as the protection to the rider.
