Nocturne is Chateau Purcari’s latest range of high-quality wines The estate quickly achieved great success and visibility, winning local and international competitions and becoming a supplier to the royal courts of Europe Nocturne is Chateau Purcari’s latest range of high-quality wines. The grapes for this one were harvested in the dead of night, to preserve their quality and structure This elegant rosé is part of the limited edition range Purcari Nocturne Rose, so called because the harvest takes place at night to preserve the aromatic character of the grapes, their freshness and a balanced sugar level. Purcari Nocturne Rose is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Rara Neagra harvested manually and vinified using traditional methods. In the glass, the wine reveals a clear and bright colour with pink tones and a broad and fragrant aromatic profile with notes of apricot and peach, fresh berries and flowers On the palate, it is dry, fruity, bold and soft with a lively acidity and a long and refreshing finish. The wine has an aroma of delicate exotic fruits like papaya, candied fruits, red currants, raspberry, strawberry and sweet cherry with a silky texture
