This Pyrex Irrestistible oval roaster has a capacity of 4.0 litres and measures 39 x 27 x 7cm. Made from borosilicate glass the rectangular dish can support temperatures from -40°C up to 300°C. Thermal shock resistant for extreme temperatures, which means the dish can be taken straight from the freezer and placed in the oven for cooking the contents. BPA free glass that doesn't stain or hold in odours and is scratch resistant. The side of the oval Pyrex dish are nice and deep which prevents the contents spilling over when bubbling away in the oven. The large handles provide a safe and firm grip when handling a hot dish.
