It runs at roughly the volume of a microwave, quiet enough to leave working on the worktop while guests are in the room. MAKE IT AHEAD, SERVE ALL AFTERNOON – Pour your mix in, choose a mode and let it work; a batch is typically ready in around 30 minutes, faster if your ingredients were already chilled. It then holds slush consistency for up to 4 hours while running, so one batch covers a whole party. BEST RESULTS WITH SLUSH SYRUP, CORDIAL AND FRUIT JUICE – Ready-made slush syrup gives you the classic texture and colour straight away, while full-sugar cordial, fruit juice, milkshake mix and pre-mixed cocktails all work beautifully.
