Pull the earlobe down. Insert the plug into the ear, holding the tab between the thumb and forefinger. 2. Gradually push the plug until it is correctly inserted into the ear canal (you can make light rotation movements). In most cases, the tab will be directed towards the lower lobe of the ear. 3. To check the perfect fit, rub your fingers together near your ears: you should not be able to hear any sound. If you can still hear it, insert the plug deeper into the ear.
