R. Jelinek 5 Year Old Slivovitz 50% ABV 5cl Miniature

This is the original and classical slivovitz, produced for nearly one hundred years by Jelinek and a market leader and best-seller in America. Jelinek – established in 1894 – is one of the oldest producers of authentic slivovitz in Eastern Europe, in the Moravian region of the Czech Republic, where spirits have been produced for over four hundred years. In a unique process, plum pits remain in the mash during fermentation, infusing it with tannins and giving the spirit a unique almond flavour before a traditional triple distillation and ageing in steel tanks. It has notes of fresh plum, fig, almonds and flora and comes at a high strength of 50% ABV. Presented in its original classical bottle and labelling.
