Special alcohol tolerant yeast for restarting stuck fermentations Instructions for 25L (6,6 US Gallons): Alcotec restart contains a specially chosen high alcohol yeast strain and nutration for restarting stuck fermentations. Can be added directly if alcohol in wash max 7%. If above, or not sure, make a starter culture first by mixing 1L of water and 1 L of wash, add sachet contents, wait 24 hours and then add to main brew.
