The extra-long cuff extends well beyond the wrist, creating a seamless seal with a jacket sleeve to lock out snow and cold drafts. The integrated stopper system allows for easy one-handed adjustment for a secure and customized fit. Reusch Lando R-TEX XT ski mittens for kids combine a robust outer shell with considered insulation to keep young skiers comfortable on cold days. They belong to the Reusch Junior Alpine range and are designed for alpine skiing, ski school and general snow play. The design balances warmth with freedom of movement so smaller hands remain comfortable while active on the slopes. The outer layer uses a softshell fabric with an R-TEX XT waterproof membrane for reliable weather protection and wind resistance. Insulation comes from down combined with MicroActive fibres, giving good loft and thermal performance. A plush, soft lining improves comfort next to the skin. The mittens are rated as extra warm, and they include a pocket compatible with a heat pack for additional warming when required. Practical details focus on fit and retention. The cuffs are extra long and adjustable to slide over or under jacket sleeves. A wrist leash is fitted to prevent accidental loss when mittens are removed. The cuff and closure system provide a secure fit to keep out snow and draughts, while still allowing easy on and off for children.
