THE DISTILLERY… Located in a beautiful old threshing barn on the outskirts of Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, The Henley Distillery is a family run, traditional style, craft distillery. We use 300l Copper Alembic Stills, which allow full, hands on, control over the distillation process. We are also one of only a handful of distilleries in the UK that is owned and run by a Master Distiller! QUICK GIN SERVING TIP… Keep it simple and let the gin do the talking. Drop a large ice cube into a gin bowl or large wine glass and add 50ml of pink gin. Top-up with 70ml of low-fat tonic (our preference here) and garnish with a twist of orange or pink grapefruit peel.
