Your trap bar can now do a variety of exercises in addition to deadlifts and shrugs, including split squats, Romanian deadlifts, weighted carries, lunges, and more. This bar has a deadlift jack built-in - making it quick and easy to add and remove plates. This is an extremely rare feature on a home gym hex bar, and something normally only featured on high end models. The weight plates are lifted by vertically rotating the bar like a lever until it is resting on the foot of the jacks. Rotating sleeves.
