The knives consist of a 23cm signature carving knife, a 22cm signature bread knife, a signature 18cm cooks knife, 11cm signature santoku knife, 14cm signature kitchen knife and a 10cm signature vegetable / paring knife. The knives are fully forged German DIN 1.4116 stainless steel japanese style blades sharpened at a 15° angle. The full tang blades promote extra strength combined with a tactile DuPont™ handles ergonomically shaped for a firm and comfortable grip.
