AWARD-WINNING Premium Scottish Gin using local hand-foraged botanicals to create the perfect taste. Rock Rose Citrus Coastal Edition is flavourful and fresh, zesty with a bracing sea air finish. It is inspired by the Caithness coastline and is distilled using locally foraged kelp from Shore Seaweed and liquorice salt from Hebridean Mustard Company. The result is a soft and sweet gin with a delicious, citrussy, salted edge and a fresh finish. WONDERFUL FLAVOURS - Made from locally harvested and meticulously selected botanicals: Kelp, Lemon Verbena, Liquorice Salt. CRAFTED BY HAND - Each of our gins are made from our wee distillery - Dunnet Bay Distillers - in the spectacular bay of Dunnet in the far North of Scotland using an old-age family tradition that involves the use of a copper pot still that we lovingly named Elizabeth. PERFECT SERVE: 25ml (or 50ml) Citrus Coastal Edition, 75ml of a premium tonic. Garnish with a few goji berries and a slice of grapefruit.
