This cold galvanising spray delivers a zinc-rich coating that provides long-lasting corrosion protection for metal surfaces. It is designed for components that cannot be hot-dip galvanised and can be used to repair damaged or scratched galvanised finishes. The spray dries quickly to form a smooth, flexible coating that resists cracking or splitting even when bent. It has a temperature range of -30°C to 450°C and comes in a 400 ml can. The formulation is non-toxic and free of lead and chromates, offering a safer option for protecting metal while restoring galvanised surfaces. Affected scratches are sealed through the formation of zinc oxide and carbonates, contributing to durable protection over time.

Usage

1. Prepare the surface by cleaning, drying, and removing rust or grease.
2. Shake the can well before use.
3. Apply in a well-ventilated area, maintaining an even distance from the surface.
4. Apply multiple thin coats, allowing each coat to dry before the next.
5. Spray evenly over the area to be protected or repaired and allow sufficient drying time as per instructions.
