ROCOL FLAWFINDER Developer Spray is an aerosol white powder developer for non-destructive inspection. It is used to detect cracks or flaws that are not visible to the naked eye, making it suitable for inspecting welded joints, castings, and forgings. The spray draws penetrant out of flaws and enhances defect visibility when used with FLAWFINDER dye penetrant and cleaner sprays. It forms a highly absorbent white film that provides rapid results and is suitable for pressure testing and leak detection. Shake the aerosol well before use, then apply the spray evenly over the surface to be inspected. Allow the film to develop to reveal flaws. The system is designed to work in conjunction with FLAWFINDER dye penetrant and cleaner sprays for optimal detection.
