For connection to a Windows PC, you will also need a Roland WM-1D Wireless MIDI Dongle (available separately). Best-in-class low latency in standard mode and Fast mode offers ultra-low latency communication (3ms) for time critical applications (Fast mode requires a separate available Roland WM-1D Wireless MIDI Dongle connected to a macOS/iOS/iPadOS device). Easy to set up, and as responsive and reliable as connecting a MIDI cable. Make music whenever and wherever you want, eliminating wires and clutter. In addition to MIDI note data, you can send MIDI synchronization for tempo, effects, LFOs, loops and more, all without connecting a single cable. It also provides MIDI communication between other WM series units and macOS/iOS Bluetooth MIDI devices. Standard mode supports up to four total devices; Fast mode supports two devices in total. Runs for approximately 60 hours on a single AAA battery. The optional WM-1D Wireless MIDI Dongle provides wireless MIDI for Windows computers and fast mode support for macOS and iOS.
