12 YEARS — SINGLE VINTAGE, DUAL CASK MATURATION: The Ultra Añejo is a limited single-vintage expression — every cask in the blend comes from the same vintage year, aged for a minimum of 12 years in a combination of 220-litre ex-Bourbon American oak casks and ex-Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks, carefully selected by the Maestro Ronero. RON DE VENEZUELA DOC — AUTHENTIC PROVENANCE FROM YARACUY TO CARACAS: Production begins in the state of Yaracuy, central Venezuela, where sugarcane is grown, harvested, fermented, and distilled. The spirit is then transported to Ocumare del Tuy, near Caracas, for extended ageing. The Ron de Venezuela DOC designation guarantees authentic Venezuelan production, ageing, and quality standards throughout. TASTING NOTES: ROASTED COFFEE, VANILLA, DRIED FIGS & CARAMEL: Intense amber colour with long, abundant legs. The nose delivers roasted coffee, toasted wood, brown sugar, and red fruits harmonising with sweet roundness. On the palate, vanilla and caramel on a rich, woody base with liquorice, maple syrup, dried figs, and Brazil nuts. The finish is long, round, and persistent — roasted nuts coated in caramel.
