Ronseal 10 Year Woodstain Natural Pine 750ml

Ronseal 10 Year Woodstain in Natural Pine is an exterior, water-based wood stain that provides durable weather protection while enhancing the natural look of smooth planed wood surfaces. It offers a satin sheen and is designed to protect wood for up to 10 years, with rainproof performance within about one hour of application. The product is suitable for doors and windows and does not require a basecoat or primer. It is available in a 750 ml bottle and covers up to 18 m² per litre when applying three coats, with a four-hour gap between coats. The stain dries to a full surface dry in around 12 hours and has a low VOC level.

Usage and specifications

Use on all smooth planed exterior wood surfaces such as doors and windows. Not suitable for decking. Prepare the surface by sanding with 120 grit sandpaper to remove old finishes or smooth new wood. Clean with white spirit and a cloth to remove dust and grease. Stir thoroughly before use and test on a small area to check color. Apply with a brush in three coats, allowing about 4 hours between coats. Each litre covers up to 18 m²; the product comes in a 750 ml container and the colour is Natural Pine. Drying time is 1 hour to rainproof, with full dry in 12 hours.
