Ronseal Direct to Metal Paint Gold Satin 250ml

Ronseal Direct to Metal Paint is a water-based finish designed for metal surfaces, suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It can be applied directly to rust without a primer, offering a quick application with minimal preparation. The paint provides a tough, durable finish and is available in Gloss, Satin, and Matt. It can be applied by brush, roller, or sprayer, and forms a protective coating that helps guard against rust. Coverage is approximately 8 m² per litre, with a dry time of about 30 minutes to become showerproof and a recoat window of 2–4 hours. The product supports 2–3 coats for maximum protection and is compatible with rusted areas as well as cast iron, aluminium, and steel. It is water-based with low VOC and is suitable for multiple metal surfaces; ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dirt, dust, and grease before use.
