Ronseal Direct to Metal Paint is a water-based coating designed for metal surfaces, offering a tough, durable finish that can be applied directly to rust without primer. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, it provides long-lasting protection and dries quickly, becoming showerproof in about 30 minutes. The product supports multiple finishes and can be applied by brush, roller, or sprayer. The coating covers approximately 8 square meters per liter and is available in a 750 ml size with low VOC content. For best results, apply two to three coats, allowing 2–4 hours between coats. Durability is claimed up to 15 years under suitable conditions.
