Thompson's Emergency Roof Repair Mastic is a high-performance, trowel-applied sealant designed to adhere to a wide range of roofing materials, even under water. Enhanced with fibers and a high solids content, it fills, plugs, and repairs cracks and splits to address leaks at their source. Its hydrophobic formula actively repels and displaces water, forming a watertight seal that provides weatherproofing without requiring curing time. The product is capable of repairing large holes or gaps in flat roofs and can be applied in wet conditions, delivering an instant water barrier once set. This 750 ml container covers approximately 0.17 m² per litre and is supplied in black.

Usage

1. If it is raining, brush away any ponded water from the area of repair.
2. If it is dry, remove any dust or dirt with a stiff bristle brush and dampen the surface with white spirit.
3. Use a trowel or pallet knife to work the mastic into the repair.
4. For small cracks and holes, pack the material to fill and bridge gaps to form a water-tight repair.
