Ronseal One Coat Damp Seal 750ml

A high-performance damp seal designed for sealing and covering household stains in just one coat. Its micro-porous formulation allows trapped moisture to escape, making it suitable for application directly onto damp surfaces. The seal permanently stops the reappearance of stains and can be overpainted after four hours, with a quick two-hour initial dry time.

This white, 750ml tin is easy to apply with a brush or roller and is suitable for use on damp surfaces that are not dripping wet. After application, it provides a practical base for decorating within hours of the final coat.

Usage

1. Ensure the cause of damp has been addressed before application.
2. Open doors and windows for proper ventilation.
3. Remove any wallpaper and flaking paint using a damp cloth.
4. Fill any cracks or holes if necessary.
5. Apply to damp surfaces that are not dripping wet.
6. Stir the tin thoroughly before use.
7. Apply with a brush or roller over the affected area and extend about 30cm around it.
8. Allow 4 hours between coats and a further 4 hours before decorating.
