The Ronseal Quick Drying Woodstain in Dark Oak is a water-based exterior woodstain designed to protect and colour a range of exterior timber while allowing the natural grain to show through. It provides a semi-transparent satin finish that helps waterproof and guard against weathering, cracking, peeling, and mold. Fast-drying by design, it becomes rainproof in about 30 minutes and reaches full dryness within four hours, making it suitable for projects on doors, window frames, cladding, and garden furniture. The product is suitable for both softwoods and hardwoods, and can be applied to bare or previously stained wood. Typically, two coats are recommended, with a possible third on untreated wood, and it offers low VOC emission. Available in multiple sizes, the stain is easy to apply with a brush, following the wood grain, and aims to protect the wood for longer while enhancing its natural appearance.
