Ronseal Roof Seal Grey 10 Year 4 Litre

This high-performance roof sealant cures to a flexible, durable membrane that accommodates roof movement, helping prevent cracking and splitting over time. It is UV stable and provides weatherproofing for up to 10 years, protecting roofs or large damaged areas across a range of substrates. The product forms a vapour-permeable layer that allows trapped moisture to escape, while sealing against the elements. It is suitable for resealing, repairing, and protecting entire roofs or substantial sections, and can be applied to dry surfaces with a brush, roller, or broom. Available in common sizes, it is designed for use above 10°C for best results and covers about 2 m² per litre. The coating is supplied in a resealable tin and designed to flex with roof movement without losing integrity.

Usage

Ensure the surface is dry, clean and free from dust. Apply to dry surfaces for best results, using a brush, roller or broom. The product should be used above 10°C. It cures to form a membrane that weatherproofs while allowing moisture to escape, and is suitable for resealing, repairing large areas or protecting entire roofs. The coating is supplied in a tin with a resealable lid.
