The Ronseal RSLIVSAP250 Interior Varnish is a quick-drying satin finish designed for interior wood surfaces, offering Diamond Hard protection and a natural-looking result. Available in a 250ml size, this varnish is formulated to resist heat, scratches, and water while maintaining a fade-resistant finish. It is offered in Satin, Gloss, and Matt finishes and in the Antique Pine color. The product is touch-dry in around 20 minutes and can be recoated after about 2 hours, making it suitable for interior wood projects where a durable, attractive sheen is desired.

Usage and preparation

1. Ensure the room is warm and well-ventilated.
2. Prepare the wood by wiping it with a cloth and white spirit to remove wax, grease, dirt, and oil.
3. Sand the surface with 120 grit sandpaper to smooth rough patches; remove any peeling or flaking old coating.
4. Let the dust settle and wipe it away with a damp cloth before varnishing.
5. Stir the varnish well before application.
6. Test the colour on a small inconspicuous area.
