Roof Cleaner Bio Wash

EASY TO APPLY: Spray and leave formula, no scrubbing required. Dilute at 1:5 with water – one part product to 5 parts water and spray directly onto the surface. Leave the product to work. No rinsing or scrubbing is required! Let the product do the work so you do not have to! For severe build ups of green organic matter this product can be diluted at 1:3 and left to work over days/weeks/months. NO RINSING: Spray onto your roof and leave to work. This product should be left on the surface without rinsing. It does not require any scrubbing or agitation to work. After application your roof will become cleaner over the following days, weeks and months. This product can be applied via a simple low pressure pump-up sprayer. LONG LASTING RESIDUAL FORMULA: This powerful & effective solution will last up to 12 months once applied to your roof. Apply to older roofs to remove organic growth. Pre-treat new roofs as a preventative measure (or recently cleaned/scraped roofs) to inhibit a reinfestation of organic growth. Apply once or twice per year to remove contaminations or inhibit the appearance/reappearance of organic growth on your roof. WATER-BASED HSE APPROVED FORMULA: Roof Cleaner Pro Wash is an easy-to-use water-based biodegradable product. Liberally apply to your roof and allow the solution to dry onto your roof tiles. This product becomes active within a few hours. Does not contain acid or bleach & will not adversely affect metals, UPVC, wood or plastic. HUGE COVERAGE – A single 5-litre container covers 120m2–150m2, 10-litres covers 240m2-300m2 and the economy sized 20-litre container will cover 480m2-600m2 (when diluted at 1:5 with water). Apply liberally with a simple low pressure pump-up sprayer. Spray evenly over the roof covering approximately 5m2 with1 litre of solution (after dilution). SUITABLE FOR: Old or new roof tiles which are contaminated with organic growth. Apply to concrete roof tiles, slate, clay-tiles, marley roof tiles, Yorkstone, general sandstone, Indian sandstone, limestone, granite, wood, plastic, metals, granite, composites, any roof which is suffering from organic growth. Such as thick green organic matter, slimes, fungi, lichen, algae and more. Also prevents the germination of black spot lichen spores for 12 months after application.
