Roof Seal Black 2.5L

Thompsons 10 Year Roof Seal is a high-performance coating that cures to a durable, flexible membrane suitable for resealing and protecting roofs or repairing large areas across various roofing materials. The formulation is designed to flex with the roof’s movement to prevent cracking and splitting, while UV-stable iron oxide pigments provide protection against UV radiation for weatherproof performance. The coating forms a vapour-permeable membrane that allows trapped moisture to escape and offers rainproof performance after application. Available in black, it is supplied in tins with resealable lids and comes in 1 L, 2.5 L, and 4 L sizes, covering approximately 2 m² per litre. For best results, apply to dry surfaces on a day above 10°C and stir before use.
