Suitable for new or historic & listed buildings. Can be applied to any porous roof tile natural or man-made. WATER PROOFS FROM WITHIN THE PORES - Impregnating sealers penetrate the pores of the treated surface without forming a film or lacquer. Highly resistant to rainwater, UV light, damp, dirt, grime, organic growth & carbon deposits from pollution. THE TREATED SURFACES RETAIN AN UNALTERED APPEARANCE - This sealer will not alter the appearance of your roof. The roof tiles will retain their pre-sealed appearance. The purpose of Roof Sealer is to protect your roof tiles without altering appearance. Perfect for old or new roof tiles. 10 YEAR + LIFESPAN & SUITABLE FOR - Porous roof tiles such as slate, sandstone, clay-tiles, cement tiles or concrete tiles. If the roof tile is porous it will be possible to apply Floorseal Roof Sealer. ONE APPLICATION - Apply once for dense surfaces - Or with a light follow up overspray approximately 40 minutes later for very porous tiles. Apply at a rate of 1 litre to 5m2 with a simple pump-up low-pressure sprayer or masonry roller. An easy to use alternative to expensive masonry creams.
