This 240mm-long perforated roof drain outlet from Wallbarn has a 110mm pipe diameter and is made of flexible, strong TPE (Thermoplastic elastomer). It adds a waterproof element to drainage holes on balconies and roofs with bituminous waterproofing membranes. Resistant to weathering, UV rays, and temperature changes up to 120C, it remains durable in lower temperatures. Easily installed in concrete decks, it fits into an HDPE pipe and is slightly coned for stability. Two rings prevent water backflow, and a serrated area allows for drain guard attachment. Compatible with SBS and APP membranes, it's suitable for built-up, hot melt, mastic asphalt, and other liquid-applied membranes. Ensure the outlet flange is fully bonded for watertight seals.
