Roast in the oven, or even in a popcorn maker!! UNROASTED GREEN COFFEE BEANS FROM COLOMBIA - The coffee is comprised of lots from over 6000 small farms, ranging from 0.5 to 6 hectares in size. The coffees from this region benefit from fertile volcanic soil, and have rich red fruit notes, along with the typical chocolatey body typical of Colombian coffees. FROM FARM TO CUP - We have sourced this coffee from The Green Collection, who we have formed a great relationship with in the last couple of years. It’s great to be able to work so directly with organisations like this, knowing that the steps back to farm level are minimal - leading to better prices paid to coffee farmers.
