Aroma - Caramel, toffee, spice Flavour - Cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg Finish - A spicy and lingering finish. 5cl Admiral’s Old J Spiced Rum (35% ABV) - In 1740 Admiral Edward Vernon enforced a reduction in the strength of the British navy's rum ration. When his men complained, Vernon suggested the addition of limes and sugar to make the drink more enjoyable Old J has been created in honour of this unlikely mixologist. Old J brings Vernon's concept into the 21st century by infusing a special blend of 11 flavours into the finest Caribbean rum. 5cl Red Leg Spiced Rum (37.5% ABV) - The secret to the great taste of Red Leg is all in the blending, the rum is left to rest in oak barrels and infused with Jamaican ginger and vanilla spices. An instantly sweet smell is followed by a warming ginger aroma, this satisfying combination of sweet and spice creates a rum with an incredibly smooth taste, and a warming mouth feel.
