The Rustins Chalky Finish Paint in Kenwood Cream refreshes furniture and interior surfaces with a velvety flat matte appearance. It is designed for interior use and requires minimal preparation, as it can be painted over most previously coated items after testing a small area for compatibility. Suitable for bare wood, hardboard, MDF, plaster, brickwork and cement, it delivers a smooth, touch-dry finish that can be built up for a vintage or shabby chic look. The paint can also serve as a finish coat over existing wood and metal primers and paints, and it dries relatively quickly, making it convenient for upcycling projects. A distressed effect can be achieved by lightly sanding selected areas after multiple coats. This product is intended to revive and transform furniture with a durable, matte coating that retains a soft, timeless character.
