Rustins Quick Dry Metal Paint is a water-based satin finish designed for metal surfaces. It applies directly to clean, dry bare or galvanised metal, without the need for a separate primer. The formulation includes anti-corrosion additives and rust inhibitors to help protect metal from corrosion, while maintaining a low odour and a low VOC profile. The paint dries quickly to a durable satin finish in about two hours per coat, making it suitable for rapid projects. It can be used indoors or outdoors and is compatible with brushes or rollers. After use, brushes can be cleaned with water. Surfaces should be clean and free from rust, grease and dust before painting, and coats should be thin and even with approximately two hours drying between coats before handling.
