AGED IN BOURBON BARRELS FOR 3 YEARS - Fine English Whisky aged in bourbon barrels for 3 years. Rich toasted biscuit notes combine with fresh Spanish orange and spices from the Orient to give a warming zesty mouthfeel with great length on the palate. SWEET & SMOOTH LIQUEUR - Blended with sweet, zesty Spanish orange peels, peppery Indonesian cubeb and sharp Vietnamese anise for a classic orange liqueur with evocative notes of a spice market. Balanced with a little sugar and delicious whisky. VACUUM DISTILLED FOR BETTER FLAVOUR - Produced using the vacuum-distillation technique invented by our founder Ian Hart. Distilled at a lower temperature, we use less than 10% of the energy of a normal distillery. This also means the chemical composition of the flavour is not altered. SUSTAINABLE LONDON BASED DISTILLERY - Our micro-distillery in Highgate, London saves over 120,000L of water per year, thanks to our closed-loop condenser system. We recycle used botanicals with anaerobic digestion, a great source of renewable energy. We are also eliminating single-use plastic and all our packaging is recyclable or biodegradable.
