Sadolin Classic Wood Protection in Redwood is a deeply penetrating timber stain designed to provide weather protection for large timber areas. It is effective on cladding, fascias, decking, and rough sawn timber, and also serves as a base stain for new joinery that will later be treated with Sadolin Extra. The product is not suitable for surfaces previously coated with a medium/high build coating. Technical specifications include a Redwood color, a 2.5 litre size, and coverage up to 15 m² per litre for planed softwood/hardwood or up to 8 m² per litre for rough sawn timber. Drying times are approximately 4–6 hours to touch, with recoat times of 16–24 hours.
