Sadolin Extra Durable Woodstain in Heritage Oak is a versatile finish designed for both indoor and outdoor use on softwood and hardwood surfaces, excluding decking and areas subject to heavy wear. Its flexible, water-repellent formulation provides long-lasting protection for joinery such as doors and windows. For best durability on new wood, using Sadolin Classic as a base coat is recommended, particularly when treating hardwoods. The stain offers tough weather protection and long-lasting colour, with UV protection to help prevent peeling, blistering, and flaking. The Heritage Oak color comes in a 500ml size, delivering up to 15m² of coverage per litre on planed softwood or hardwood, with a touch-dry time of 4–6 hours and a recoat window of 16–24 hours. Apply to clean, dry, and sanded surfaces using a brush or roller, ensuring proper ventilation during drying.
