Sadolin Extra Woodstain 2.5 L Light Oak

Sadolin Extra Durable Woodstain is designed to provide long-lasting protection for joinery such as windows, doors and conservatories. Suitable for both softwood and hardwood, it offers flexibility and water repellence, helping to shield surfaces from weathering while delivering a translucent semi-gloss finish in Light Oak. The product is available in 2.5 litre tins, with Light Oak being the lightest tone in the Sadolin Classic range, which carries yellow and orange undertones. It resists flaking, peeling and blistering and contributes a durable coat that helps maintain colour over time. For optimum results on new wood, the product is recommended to be used in conjunction with Sadolin Classic, where the Classic acts as the base coat and the Extra Durable Woodstain serves as the finishing coat. The finish provides UV protection and is designed to endure outdoor conditions, though it is not suitable for areas subjected to heavy wear or decking.

Two additional notes about use and colour:

• The finish dries to touch in about 4–6 hours and can be recoated after 16–24 hours.
• Coverage is up to 15 m² per litre per coat for planed softwood and hardwood joinery.
