Sadolin Superdec Opaque Wood Protection 2.5 Litre Black Gloss

Sadolin Superdec Gloss Opaque Wood Protection is a water-borne, durable finish designed for exterior wood and other substrates requiring an opaque coating. It provides a flexible, long-lasting barrier that resists cracking, peeling, and flaking, with durability up to ten years. Suitable for new surfaces or those previously painted or stained, it’s ideal for complete colour changes or rejuvenating weathered surfaces. The gloss black version adds shine and helps conceal surface imperfections. The product covers up to 10 m2 per litre on planed softwood, and is self-priming and undercoating. For resinous timber, a blocking primer is recommended to reduce potential discolouration with white or pale shades. It is suitable for all exterior timber (except decking) where an opaque finish is required, including windows, doors, conservatories and cladding. The serviceability includes multiple coats, with 3 coats often recommended, and a recoat time of about 16 hours. Note that colour shades may vary between website images and the actual stain.
