Saint James is an AOC Premium ‘Rhum Agricole’ from Martinique. ‘Rhum Agricole’ - rum made from 100% pure sugar cane juice which gives an aromatic, fresh and long finish. No added sugar or flavourings. Saint James is the oldest brand in Martinique and the 3rd oldest rum brand in the world. Saint James distillery uses traditional and ancestral Martinique processes that are found at each stage of production: quick fermentation in open vats & unique distillation at a low ABV in Creole columns. Over 4 years ageing in American ex-Bourbon oak barrels and new American oak barrels.
