Sakurao Original Gin, 70 cl

Made from nine botanicals, including the typical Japanese cherry blossom. Complex and aromatic with earthy angelica root and green tea notes, plus some violets and cherry blossoms. Crisp juniper in the foreground with a little black pepper. Notes of jam and citrus fruits follow before a coriander spice appears on the finish. A delight neat, on ice or in a cocktail.
