Salcombe Start Point Gin is a premium London Dry Gin that captures the essence of its coastal origins. Inspired by the historic voyages of the Salcombe Fruit Schooners, its signature blend of thirteen botanicals echoes the exotic citrus, spices, and herbs they brought from around the globe. Named after the iconic lighthouse that guided them, this gin is distilled in a custom copper pot still at one of the world's few distilleries accessible by boat.The heart of the flavour comes from a vibrant symphony of hand-peeled red grapefruit, lemon, and lime, balanced against earthy Macedonian juniper berries and English coriander seeds. The aroma is bright and citrus-led with floral notes and a hint of pine. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied: the citrus shines through, complemented by the warmth of cardamom and cubeb berries, with a subtle sweetness from licorice and angelica root.
