The innovative variable-width webbing is a testament to this, providing robust support where you need it most—around the waist and under the legs—while slimming down elsewhere to shed weight and bulk. This intelligent construction ensures that even during a hanging belay or an unexpected fall, pressure is distributed comfortably, preventing painful hotspots. The dual Easy-Slide buckles on the waistbelt are not just for security, their intuitive design allows for quick, precise adjustments on the fly, a critical feature when you´re wearing thick gloves and need to adapt to changing layers in cold conditions.Unrestricted Movement and VersatilityThe ultimate advantage for ski tourers and alpinists is the ability to don and doff the harness without taking off your skis or crampons. The fully opening buckles on the leg loops make this possible, saving valuable time and effort during transitions and increasing safety on precarious terrain. This streamlined functionality is complemented by essential gear-carrying capabilities. Two strategically placed gear loops offer ample space for draws, cams, and other hardware, while dedicated ice clipper slots provide secure and accessible storage for ice screws, keeping your protection perfectly organized and ready for deployment. The Salewa Altitude is more than just a piece of safety equipment, it´s a tool designed to enhance your speed, efficiency, and confidence in the high mountains.Technical Specifications* Gender: Adult, Men, Women* Certification: EN 12277 Type C* Gear Loops: 2* Ice Clipper Slots: 2* S/M: 75-90 cm / 53-63 cm * L/XL: 85-105 cm / 60-70 cm* Weight: approx. 260 g (S/M)* Construction: Variable-width webbing for optimized weight and comfort. tradeinn Trekkinn
