The Salomon S/Max 8 with M10 GW L80 binding is a unisex ski designed specifically for on-piste performance. It features a Tip Rocker profile, which enhances turn initiation and provides smooth control on groomed slopes. This ski suits intermediate to advanced skiers seeking precision and agility on hard-packed snow. Constructed with a Dual Woodcore, the ski offers an optimal balance of rigidity and responsiveness, helping to absorb vibrations and maintain stability at higher speeds. The Sandwich Sidewall Construction combined with Full Sidewall ABS delivers solid edge grip and durability, essential for confident carving and consistent performance. The inclusion of a Steel band and Titanal Beam further reinforces torsional stiffness, enhancing edge control while reducing unwanted ski chatter. Salomon's Edge Amplifier SL technology optimises power transmission from the ski to the snow, allowing for sharper, more controlled turns. With a medium turn radius, this ski caters well to varied on-piste conditions and moderate carve arcs.
