The Salomon S/PRO Delta 90 W GW is a ski boot designed specifically for women seeking a balance between performance and comfort on the slopes. The boot features a Flex 90, providing moderate stiffness suitable for intermediate to advanced skiers who prefer responsive control without sacrificing ease of movement. This flex rating supports precise edging and stability during varied terrain. The inclusion of GripWalk soles enhances walking comfort and traction on slippery surfaces outside the skis, while remaining compatible with GripWalk bindings. This feature ensures safer movement in the ski resort environment and convenience when transitioning from walking to skiing. Salomon's Calf Adjuster allows for a customised fit around the lower leg, accommodating different calf shapes and improving overall comfort. This adjustability helps reduce pressure points, allowing for longer days on the mountain without discomfort. Additionally, the 3D Instep Shell design addresses the fit around the foot instep, providing a more anatomical shape that improves foot hold and reduces slippage within the boot. The outer shell is constructed from polyurethane, a material known for its durability and effective support while maintaining a manageable weight. This makes the boot both robust and practical for regular alpine skiing use.
